Safety and survival training provider Falck Nutec
has purchased a minority share in P.T. Samson Tiara. A major provider of safety and training services in Indonesia, P.T. Samson Tiara will participate in a technology exchange through the investment.

Samson Tiara and are positive that this new cooperation will be mutually beneficial to both companies and our customers in the Indonesian oil & gas and petrochemical industries," says David Donaldson, Managing Director of P.T. Samson Tiara.
Falck Nutec’s share purchase will create an opportunity for a variety of internationally-accredited safety and emergency response training to be offered locally.
Wan Shukry, Regional Managing Director for Falck Nutec Far East Asia, adds that it marks an important step for the Falck Nutec Group by expanding the market coverage in the Far East Asian region, where Falck Nutec currently operates training centers in Singapore, East and West Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
