Randy Del Valle is the Vice-President and General for Mobility for Shell Pilipinas Corporation. As the Vice President and General Manager of Mobility Philippines, he is responsible of the Downstream Marketing Retail Business that covers >1,100 mobility stations offer fuels, convenience retailing, vehicle servicing, food brand co-location partnerships and electric vehicle charging, serving ~1 million customers/day enabled by a strong team of >20,000 Shell employees, retailers, dealers, and service champions. Randy brings with him more than 25 years of experience across different Shell businesses.
Randy is passionate about people development, Innovation/Energy transition development, team success and puts customers first.
Randy is a Chemical Engineer where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of San Carlos (USC), Cebu. He also has an MBA degree from London Business School. Randy is married with a son, and he enjoys, golf, tennis, formula 1 and travelling. Randy is currently based in Manila after working in London, Hague and Singapore for 11 years.
