Continuing Egis’s transition leadership

Perrin succeeds Martine Jauroyon, who steered Egis’s ESG and Climate transformation plan, embedding energy transition at the heart of its operations.

Joining in 2006, Jauroyon held roles such as Director of Sustainable Development and Performance, and later Executive Director of Business Transformation and CSR.

Her next role as Director of Citizen Engagement and Purpose will focus on strengthening ties with civil society, professional networks and stakeholders.

Martine writes on LinkedIn: ā€œI deeply believe that meaningful transformations are rooted in cooperation, listening, trust and the collective energy of women and men who commit themselves – both within and beyond the company.

ā€œThis new role resonates deeply with what has always driven me – purpose, engagement, collaboration and the strong conviction that companies can – and must – be a positive force for society.

ā€œI’m truly excited to begin this new journey at Egis – with the same conviction, enthusiasm as ever, and an even greater desire to contribute meaningfully to society.ā€
